- no sugar, extra salty, “junk food” unless on holidays (limit to 3)
- no skipping breakfast
- water before each meal
- stretch everyday
- stop obsessing in the mirror
- don’t pay attention to any boys until you can fix yourself
- no eating until bloated (go for 80% full)
- NO snacking, do not be swayed by parties, friends, etc.
- journal every day’s meals
- stop thinking about food
